The ATN Otis-17 thermal imaging system is compact, versatile, and high powered, making it ideal for everyone from border patrol officers to shooting enthusiasts. The Otis-17--which fits easily in the hand for on-the-go use--is built using state-of-the-art, uncooled thermal imaging technology, a heat-based night vision system that allows the user to see through most weather conditions day or evening. This includes total darkness, fog, smoke, and most visual obscurants. In short, nothing will throw off the viewer, including moon-free evenings, camouflage, or bright lights. The system also offers several mounting options, including on your head, on a helmet, or on a weapon. Other details include a video and computer output, selectable video/image polarity, and a waterproof housing. Bundled with such items as a mil-spec hard case, a weapon mounting system, a video cable, a lens cap, a goggle kit, and a soft carrying case, the Otis-17 carries a one-year warranty.
